Sales & Account Manager
remote | Full-time (40 hours/week)
Meraki Branding is a boutique creative agency working with founder-led businesses who care about doing things well and doing them with soul. We design brands, build Squarespace websites, and support growth through thoughtful digital marketing strategy.
We’re five years in, growing consciously, and deeply involved in our clients’ businesses. Now, we’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager who understands the creative world and has an entrepreneurial mindset.
This role is for someone who has built something before — their own business, their own offer, or real autonomy inside another company — and now wants to help build something meaningful with others.
About The Role
You’ll own the front end of revenue at Meraki.
That means:
Leading 20+ sales and discovery conversations per week
Helping founders see clearly what they need (and what they don’t)
Converting the right clients in an honest, grounded way
Growing existing client relationships over time
Because we’re a small, growing agency, this is not a “plug into a rigid sales machine” role. You’ll help shape how sales, growth, and client relationships work as we move into our next chapter.

What You’ll Do
Sales
Lead discovery and sales calls for web design, branding, SEO, and ongoing marketing
Guide founders toward the right services with confidence and clarity
Pitch to new clients for new business acquisition
Spot opportunities to grow revenue (new clients + existing ones)
Notice patterns in sales conversations and share insights with leadership
Help refine our offers and sales process as we scale
Client Relationships
Act as a strategic point of contact for key clients
Build long-term relationships, not one-off wins
Internal Collaboration
Keep CRM and systems clean and organised
Ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams
Work closely with delivery and operations teams
Monitor account health, risks, and opportunities
Support invoicing and financial accuracy where needed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, we require:
5+ years proven sales experience
You are confident in leading calls, handling objections, and successfully converting clients.
Industry experience or deep industry knowledge
You understand web design, branding, and digital marketing well enough to:Identify website or digital issues
Speak confidently about best practices
Guide founders strategically during sales conversations
This experience may come from:
Solid agency experience or
Being an entrepreneur who has built, marketed, and sold their own business
Who We’re Looking For
You:
Have 5 to 10+ years experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
Deeply understand web design, branding, and digital marketing to speak confidently and
strategically
Have an entrepreneurial background:
You ran your own business
OR you had real freedom and responsibility inside another business
OR you’re a former designer/founder who built an agency and no longer wants to run it
Think in opportunities, not limitations
Are highly empathetic and good with people
Can hold confident, consultative conversations
Are calm, clear, and emotionally intelligent
Are organised and proactive without being rigid
Care about doing good work with good people
Are fluent in English and able to work European time zones.
