Creative Producer / Founder’s Right Hand

Meraki Branding is a purpose-driven creative agency helping founder-led businesses build and grow their brands online with intention. We specialise in Squarespace web design, branding and ongoing digital marketing support. With over 700 brands launched across 30+ countries, our work blends clarity, creativity and care.
We’re now evolving beyond agency services into education, publishing and media. To support this expansion, we’re looking for a Creative Producer & Founder’s Right Hand who can help bring this next chapter to life with structure, heart and creative excellence.
The Role
This is a creative-operations role with deep partnership at its core. You’ll work directly with our founder across content creation, production, project management and daily execution. You’ll support the development of new educational products, assist during recordings, manage the podcast, collaborate with external creatives and ensure our digital presence runs consistently and beautifully.
Because you understand content, production and online education, you’ll keep everything organised, on time and aligned with the broader Meraki vision.
You will be the steady grounding force behind the creative process; the person who makes sure ideas become reality.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end podcast production
Daily content production and repurposing
Coordination with editors, designers and contractors
Structure, organisation and delivery of online courses
Uploading and maintaining content on Kajabi and digital platforms
Creative asset flow for social, education and publishing
Timelines, deliverables and communication across contributors
Internal organisation inside Notion, ClickUp and other tools
Community engagement and brand presence across channels
Protecting the founder’s time by owning operational follow-through
Identifying ways to streamline production and improve creative workflows
What You’ll Do
Content & Creative Production
Join and support the founder in all recordings and creative sessions
Set up equipment and ensure a smooth recording environment
Coordinate with editors, designers and creative contractors
Repurpose long-form content into daily short-form assets
Ensure all creative materials are produced, approved and delivered on time
Program & Platform Support
Support in building, structuring and organising online course materials
Prepare scripts, visuals and lesson assets for digital education
Upload and maintain course content within Kajabi
Coordinate with guest experts, collaborators and partners
Podcast Production
Co-create the program and invite interview guests.
Join every recording to manage setup and flow
Coordinate tech, equipment and environment
Manage editors, mixing, show notes and final delivery
Oversee publishing, scheduling and distribution
Pull clips for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
Project Management
Manage timelines, deliverables and workflows across all creative operations
Stay aligned with the marketing team for campaigns and releases
Coordinate handoffs and ensure contributors have what they need
Keep everything organised, updated and accessible
Spot risks early and keep communication clear and grounded
Digital Presence & Community Support
Maintain and post daily content across social platforms
Ensure all posts are aligned with Meraki’s aesthetic and story
Support community engagement with warmth and professionalism
Track content performance and identify opportunities
Who You Are
Extremely organised, reliable and clear in communication
Calm, earthy, steady and grounding
A self-starter who loves taking ownership and getting things done
Someone with a beautiful creative eye and strong aesthetic sense
Experienced in online course creation and digital products
Experienced in podcast production and managing editors
Skilled with Kajabi or similar LMS platforms
Social-media savvy across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and Substack
Calm, grounded and emotionally steady under pressure
Able to grow into a leadership role within 12 months
Someone who loves working closely with a founder and building something meaningful behind the scenes
5+ years real-world experience in production, content or creative operations
