Job Description | The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for storytelling and a strong sense of design hierarchy, contributing to both internal initiatives and client-facing deliverables. This is a hands-on role where you’ll transform strategic ideas into polished, visually impactful content.
Responsibilities
Create visually stunning and intuitive website designs that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
Collaborate with team members to gather and understand project requirements.
Design graphics, icons, logos, and other visual elements for websites.
Communicate with clients and understand their needs and requirements.
Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices that can be used team-wide.
Work with various project management tools to ensure projects run smoothly.
Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.
Prepare design plans and present website structures.
Qualifications
Exceptional writing and communication skills in English (native-level fluency required).
2–3 years of experience in marketing-focused graphic design.
Strong proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, and design principles.
Comfortable in client-facing roles and presenting creative work.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
A portfolio that reflects your ability to design across multiple formats and industries.
